Repairs to this chimney included new copper counter-flashing and pointing the brick above.
We removed a mess of tar patches and flashing to discover the main source of the leak on the side of the chimney.
Andrew (on chicken ladder with safety harness) is repairing slates in a valley. Billy is the cut man. That hatch to Billy's left is our access to the roof. We also did repairs on the skylight in the background.
